The
Wall Stadium Speedway
Chrysler 300M Enthusiasts Club Rendezvous 2001
September 1, 2001
The
weather was perfect; the sun shone down on the Home Depot parking
lot in Neptune, New Jersey as seven Chrysler 300m's made there way
to the First Annual Wall Stadium Speedway Chrysler 300m Enthusiasts
Club Rendezvous 2001 in Wall Township, New Jersey. One by one, the
parade of 300m's arrived--"it was a beautiful thing",
said an unidentified passerby. Home
Depot even had a power washer available for any last minute wash-ups
for our member's cars!
That day 7 members and their 300m's made the trek to New Jersey,
1 300m was on loan to the club from Rittenhouse-Kerr Chrysler as
was a PT Cruiser on display for race fans to view. All told, there
were eight 300m's and Tom Sokol's Champagne LHS on the oval track
at Wall Stadium Speedway--a truly beautiful site!
Contained within these pages are images from many of the members
who were present on September 1, 2001. This mini-website is a little
late in getting linked from our home page,
but given the events of the past few weeks, we are sure that you'll
understand. This mini-site is also under construction, so check
back from time to time for any updates.
The Chrysler 300m Enthusiasts Club extends its deepest sympathies
to those who have suffered a loss as a result of this terrible tragedy.
