Posting the schedule of events here for the show. Looks like Thursday-Saturday are the main show days.

Wednesday
Vendors Set Up Day at 8:00 am closes at 6:00 pm Participants may also reserve their spots for the show.

Thursday
50/50 Tickets on Sale at 8:00 am.
Judging and show Begins at 8:00 am.
Show and All Events Close at 6:00 pm.
Tee Shirt sales start at 8:00 am.
Food will be sold all day.

Friday
Show Opens at 8:00 am Registration Opens at 8:00 am closes at 6:00 pm
Vendors Open at 8:00 am
Tee Shirt Sales Open at 8:00 am
Food & Drink Concessions Open at 8:00 am
50/50 Tickets on Sale at 8:00 am
Judging Begins at 8:00 am
Show and All Events Close at 6:00 pm

Saturday

Vendors Open at 8:00 am

Awards and all Give-a-Ways at 4:00 pm
All Trophies for the Show will begin at 4:00 pm

Show opens at 8am each day and judging starts at that time as well.

Thursday and Friday go to 6pm.

Saturday says awards start at 4pm.

Not sure what that does to dinner plans each night. Looks like food on site all day.

I will probably be hanging there the majority of the day and getting there early when possible.

My guess is that we're not able to hold spots for the group and will need to pull in together if we want to park together. We can always sit and hang out together if parking separates us.

Will be sure to arrange times to pull in as a group and each can decide

I’m guessing rolling in together as much as we can will be the plan.
Many food establishments right there at Broadway and near by . Kicking back at the Day’s Inn is always also an option.
I’m sure Darlene & Lindsey will put their heads together to plan the BBQ here and other treats.

Plan to meet nearby by 7:30a and roll in. Bit weird for judging to start right away, gives participants no time to park and set up. Past couple shows I had 2.5 hours to park and set up. Is what it is.

Lol!! Being first-timers for this event, we'll learn a lot right away. Should be interesting given what we know so far.

So much stuff at Broadway at the Beach we won’t have to leave to have MANY choices of where to eat! New place called The Hangout just opened this summer we will try to check out before the show. Sounds like a fun place! Guess Saturday night for a pizza party at Days Inn South?!

The Hangout looks really cool and I heard good things. I was at Broadway yesterday and it was packed.

We went there last year to see the upside-down building (didn't go in) and walk around. Interesting place for sure.

With the event starting at 8 each morning, let’s plan to meet at this Exxon (1272 21st Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577) at 7:15am on Thursday. It’s close to the event and then we will be able to scope out how quickly it fills in and adjust for other days if needed. On day 1 we will need to pull in together if we want to be together until we see what it’s like.

So the “other event” this weekend will kick off early. Like the doctor even more now, my kind of guy. Got the call today to show up at the hospital at “O Dark Thirty “ before sunrise.
0700 for 0800 surgery, first one of the day!
