Re: Yellow lamps. With black and white photography, using a yellow filter would block out some blue light frorm distant scenery. It worked. From this it was thought that yellow foglights would be effective. The main benefit of low mounted fog lights is to get the beam down under the fog or rain to prevent most of the light from bouncing back to your eyes. All the yellow lenses did was to reduce the effective light. Bottom line, clear lens is a good as it gets.

They are way brighter than the stock setup. I will get some pics when I pull the car back out.
