I know that the stock 300m Special wheels are 18 X 7.5 with a 114.3mm bolt pattern. My question is: Can we use 115mm bolt pattern wheels off a 2013 Charger on the 300m? 20 X 9. I don't know the offset?

Yes. Folks have been running LX wheels for a long time and they’re all 115. The offset should be fine on any of them except for the AWD ones.

Yes, they'll fit. Both my Special and my Intrepid have LX wheels on them.

You saw multiple LH's at Carlisle featuring LX wheels, including mine. Mine has been on SRT Design wheel almost exclusively for nearly 10 years with no issues.

Mine will be riding on SRT Design wheels by Carlisle 2020.

I'm looking at these wheels. I have to get the price down a little though.

They look great, John! I always liked the design of those, too. It's tough to decide whether to keep the stock look or upgrade to the newer style wheels to make the cars look even newer. I would definitely say that upgrading the wheels makes the cars look at least 10 years newer than what they are.

I really like the newer style 300C wheels but also am very partial to the stock chromes on mine... It was a major selling point for the car almost 7 years ago (wow, where did the time go?!).

I have one 300m Special with the chrome wheels and it is beautiful in the sun. The one in my signature has the stock 18 inch Special wheels which are in almost pristine shape save a couple of little dings and the tires are good. I also have another almost brand new set of 18 inch Continental Extreme Contact tires. I like the Charger wheels, but by the time I get tires on them since I'll need to get 20 inch, I'll have a lot more invested that I really would want to. I'm waffling on what to do.

Those are cool wheels John. My SRT Design wheels are on the back burner until we get our daughter's high school graduation and out youngest son's 16th B-Day taken care of. After that I will couple of Saturday's at work to pay for the refinishing/painting, then a few more Saturday's to pay for the tires. I will be into them for close to a grand by the time I'm done. Not too shabby for a $150 investment.

If I had a $150 deal, I would have them by now. Unfortunately, we haven't come to terms yet and the fact that I don't really need them makes my negotiating position a bit lower on price than the seller wants. Sometimes you just have to walk from the deal. We've heard that before!

That's a steal for sure. I spent $400 more than that last year alone on 4 new tires and refinishing one of mine. Of course, I bought Continental tires in an odd size, so that was to be expected.

The guy wants $600 for the 5 wheels. I'm not ready to pay quite that muck.

$600 is a good price for those wheels as long as they’re in good shape. They’re actual SRT wheels and not just regular LX 20s, so they’re forged. But, personally, I prefer the non-SRT wheels because I think the SRT engraving looks out of place on a car that isn’t an SRT. I also think the 300m are better served by the 300 LX wheels than the Charger or Challenger one.

All that said, if you can work out a deal you’re happy with on those, go for it!
