I'm wanting to change completely over to the J-intake CAI system. I say completely because I have been using a K & N cone at the end of my 3.5L's accordion intake also without the resonator . In other words my only mod is doing away with the resonator, plugging that hole and adding the k & N cone on the end.
Looking to change the rest over to the real, bonafide J- intake from TB hook up to filter cone. From what I've read here JoeKD no longer makes them so I'm hunting around online.
I'm looking for recommendations and suggestions on what is available.

if you can't find one, you may still be able to purchase the whole K&N FIPK system. Just a back up thought.

I finally got around to ordering the J-intake last week and installing it this last weekend. Took it for a test drive out to the lake and back yesterday and I thought the project was a success. I liked my cone filter better so re-installed it instead of the one provided. A little chrome was all the dif.
All in all I think it a worthy mod and I'm particularly happy with it.
I just love it when everything works out!

Where did you get the J-Intake? I thought he quit making them.

He did. That isn't a JoeKD J-Intake. I think mine is among the last ones he made, from 2009.
