July 31th Saturday.

If this date doesn't work for some people we will try for another date.

The meeting place hasn't been decided yet.

Chris
How about meeting by Three Rivers area. Some nice things to do in that area. Sight Seeing, Eating and a Casino.

CHRIS- Great spending time @ Carlisle!
I am happy to see you getting this organized - I hope it works out!
If I could do another 1000 mile round trip after INDY and Carlisle, I would.
So for all you OH, PA and nearby members - especially those who have never been to a meet - get out and spend some time with your fellow members. Its great fun, very educational on our cars, and maybe will even save you some serious $$
Good luck Chris!

Can't wait! Traffic sucks in downtown Pittsburgh, especially when there is construction (like, every day!)

The meet was awesome. special thanks to Ames Vr300my and Jason Cloud 9 for attending the meet.

Met at Eat N park.
Talked for about 1 hour. We were planning on eating there but there were too many old grannies eating there. I mean just about every spot was taken.

Made the trip to Feezles junkyard.
We were there for about 1hour 30minutes. Looked at the old classic cars in the back. Jason bought a fairly decent looking ATC for $40 off the 01 300M silver. Works like a champ.
I bought the lower dash piece off a 00 LHS for $10.

Went to Quaker steak and Lube Sharon PA 50 minute drive 1hour 30 minutes there
Followed the GPS and it took us on all these back roads to Toll 60. Our cars ended up getting filthy. All 3 of us had our cars all cleaned up. Sorry about that guys. Should have ignored the GPS and stuck to the main roads.
Quaker steak and lube was fun as usual. One guy and his family said "oh you guys are having a 300 meet I see" "looking good guys".

Decided to skip out on the Packard car museum because it would take us too long to get there and they closed at 5. It was about 3 when we left the lube.

I let Ames drive my car with the sloppy steering. Got to drive Ames M with the dual exhaust. It sounds nice.

Went to Jerrys curb service. 50 minute drive. pulled it just to check the place out.

Went to Rochester Pa just across the river to the car show. We checked out the cars there first to see what competition we were going to have. Saw 1 prowler and I looked for the import cars. Spent about 2 hours there.

Went to the local carwash and cleaned our cars up and headed back over the the show. It was difficult trying to get spots for all 3 of our cars. That is why you see me parked across the street from the other members. Later on that car moved and all 3 of us parked together. One little boy told his dad" Look dad all those 2 m's are the same color" Talked to girl and her step dad about her 300M. She is having some trouble with it.

Show started closing up at 9:30. We then headed back over to Jerry's curb service. Ate our late night snack. and talked until 10:45.

Overall it was a great eastern Pa western OH meet. Though I wish that we had more members from around here.
