it's going to be 30-40 degrees below normal in some parts of the country including the south---possible crop damage in Florida---Texas way below normal. Global Warming? Not this week.

See thats the Problem that most people have....Global Warming Does Not Mean rising/warmer temps Only........but these rising average Global Temps also cause irregular weather all over the World...like Freezing Crops in FL...Snow Storms in TX (where they got 12" of snow last week)

I don't mean to butt in but this global warming BS is being shoved down our students throats in grade school and in college. Craig, I'm sure your son is learning about it and that its all our faults. Here is an example that happened to me last year. I was taking an Enviromental science exam and one of the questions pertained to global warming. I answered that it was both man made (to please the instructor) and that it was caused by sunspots. She took off points because I said it was caused by sun spots. This is the same teacher thinks that we are having a war for oil right now and that our next war will be over water. She is nothing more than a liberal environmental loon. Get this her husband works on an offshore oil rig

Craig and I always disagree on this topic. When we are into our next mini-ice age, Global Warmers will still be saying that it was caused by Global Warming. :)

And Diane Feinstein's hubby works for Haliburton.

I heard a news item today that, as part of their program to "narrow the racial gap in academic achievment", a high school in Berkley, CA is considering doing away with science labs because the minority students don't participate as much as white students in the labs so it gives white students too much of an advantage.

"[A]n alternate parent representative on the council said 'information presented at council meetings suggests that the science labs were largely classes for white students,...' "
