I might be doing something wrong - don't see the text...
Car Specifications: 2002 Bright Silver 300M Special 2C3HE76K42H160567

Manufactured: Jan 10th 2002, current ODO: around 14K miles

IMHO this is the dream 300M - best production year with best options ever offered but never put together into one car by Chrysler.
OEM mods ONLY (the best looking parts ever used on LH platform):
- RB1 Navigation radio with AL DVD
- OEM 6 DVD/CD changer with MP-3 playback
- OEM U-Connect mirror-controlled system
- OEM Sirius satellite radio
- 4760688AC LHS amplifier
- rear shelf LH-1 mesh speakers grills
- "grilled" LH sail speakers
- complete color-matched real wood trim with oval shifter bezel and brand new RW steering wheel
- chrome windows/lock switches and shifter
- illuminated key ring
- illuminated ash tray
- rear doors courtesy lights (rear doors harnesses replaced)
- DRL
- underhood plastic shield
- all new trunk and hood struts

I don't think anything else OEM can be added...

Based on recent family needs I'd need to get 2006 LS430 instead :-)

Too bad you haven't been able to enjoy your Special, Tony! Haven't driven the LS 430, but I'd be surprised if the Special isn't a reasonable contender to the 2006 Lexus. Fuel economy might be better with the Special, and I doubt there would be too many downsides. I have gotten almost five years of trouble-free (and fun) driving from my 18,000-mile Special. Good luck with the sale!
