Molded Weather Stripping/Channel Above Door

I'm running into a problem with (what I would call) the top, molded weather stripping that runs above both doors. It is ripping apart at the bottom of the channel and with this last snow, water started to drip into the car. I have a Hayes repair manual, but it doesn't address the weather stripping and the information that I have found online mostly refers to the weather stripping that fits around the door frame and that's not what I need. I've also found the same stuff at the local auto parts store. Maybe the correct term is molding...Sorry, my car vocabulary may need some work.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to get replacement weather stripping/molding?
