Nope, it's not me. I'm a young, spry 73 (UGH!) and I think I have Geezer by almost a year.

I think the oldest guy might well be Don Hanesworth from CA. He drove all the way from CA to MI to participate in our 2002 Woodward Cruise meet, and IIRC he was over 80 then.  :D

I did a means test (not including the 90 yr old as I don't believe we have anyone that old here) and came up with an average age of 43.

younger average then I would have thought. You would figure it a business mans car when purchased new considering I am 46 and bought the car when I was 34, I am supprised by the young ones.
Good job.

There is no age limit on business.

Yeah I am not surprised by the young ones that are currently joining. The 300M is a "cheap" used car and a great value as well. Not to mention parents are handing down their 300s to their children.

I proudly BOUGHT mine at the age of 18. Like I said, there is no age limit on business...

The average age of ownership will continue to go down over time. Craig stated a few great reasons why this will continue to happen. The car is cheaper and is getting passed down to the children of the original owners.

Hopefully the club will embrace this younger generation and they come out to the meets the club puts on.

I was 26 when I bought mine and at the time I was one of the youngest. Everyone was very nice at my first Carlisle and I have been hooked ever since.

the price is the winning factor i supose. if you look at other brands in the same car size/class category ( example audi a8 ) the M is the cheapest you can get.
and for me, i just prefer american cars over euro cars. can't realy discribe it in words, but an american car just drive's more relaxed and imo more comfortable than an euro car.

25 here and an enigma. I'm that single guy with a Maine Coon, a 75 gallon freshwater aquarium, two Chrysler Town & Country's and now... erm... a Chrysler 300M

And no, I do not have children. If I did, ain't no way they'd be allowed anywhere near the vans!

Well as for me i just Love the very concept of LH 2nd gen, forms and interior, right now i could buy 300 but i just dont like whats inside (not to mention any car might be taken for lease), i like the comfort of the ride and a huge spacious cabin in here, thats why despite all the possibilities i chose this particular car.
