Mobil 1 Rebate. $12 back on 5qts of M1 until May 31, 2016

Mobil runs this deal from time to time and it's back this spring. $12 back on 5 qts of Mobil 1 ($15 back with a filter).

In the past, Wal-Mart has been accepted but they are not called out on the list of participating retailers. However, I am going to get mine at Home Depot. They have the 5qt jugs for the same price as Wal-Mart (around $25) and are explicitly called out as a participating retailer.

Yes, but they send a check IIRC. You can also fill in the form online and upload a photo of the receipt. It processes more quickly and I think it's easier that way.

If you have multiple cars and the limit of two rebates per household is an issue, NAPA is offering a rebate on Pennzoil Platinum of $2 per quart with a limit of 12 quarts. Depending on where you are, this can bring it down to less than $3.50/qt. not quite as cheap as the M1, but a good price for great oil.

EDIT: It looks like the $5.29 price is nationwide, so $3.29/qt after rebate.
